Danielle has played netball since the age of 10, competing at school, local, county and regional level and it wasn't until the age of 15 when she experienced her first serious injury, that she realised the importance of a swift diagnosis, appropriate treatment choices and targeted exercise rehabilitation.
Her own injuries and experiences lead her to study Sports Therapy at University in the hope that she could help people in a similar situation in the future.
After graduating from the University of Gloucestershire in 2013 and moving back to Plymouth, Danielle became a member of the Society of Sports Therapists and began offering a mobile sports therapy service to clients, this progressed to being based at the Plympton Chiropractic from 2014, and since then DOC Sports Therapy has grown into a busy and thriving sports injury clinic.
