COVID 19 INFORMATION
After just over 3 months of not working I am finally look at coming back week commencing 6th July 2020 (providing I get the all clear from my governing body and government guidelines).
This page is to provide information to my clients for what you need to do when attending an appointment, and what myself and the clinic are doing to help make the clinic a safe environment.
‘VULNERABLE’ PATIENTS
If you are currently shielding due to health conditions that you have or someone you live with has, it may be that a face-to-face appointment is not currently appropriate for you. I am happy to discuss this with you if you are unsure, and I am able to help with home exercises and advice if you are suffering with pain.
IF YOU HAVE SYMPTOMS OF COVID-19 PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT. THESE ARE: NEW PERSISTENT COUGH, FEVER, SORE THROAT, SHORTNESS OF BREATH, LOSS OF TASTE/SMELL.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO WHEN YOU VISIT
WHEN YOU ARRIVE PLEASE STAY IN YOUR CAR UNTIL I COME TO GET YOU.
WEAR A FACE COVERING
USE THE HAND SANTISER WHEN ENTERING THE CLINIC
BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL
MAINTAIN SOCIAL DISTANCING ON ENTERING CLINIC
PLEASE PAY BY CARD ONLY
USE HAND SANITISER WHEN LEAVING THE CLINIC.
WHAT WE ARE DOING TO KEEP YOU SAFE
NOONE WITH SYMPTOMS ARE ENTERING THE CLINIC
HAND WASHING FACILITIES AVAILABLE THROUGHOUT THE CLINIC
STAGGERED APPOINTMENT TIMES TO ALLOW FOR SOCIAL DISTANCING
I WILL BE WEARING PPE INCLUDING - MASK, DISPOSABLE APRON.
I WILL BE MAINTAINING REGULAR AND STRINGENT HAND WASHING.
TEMPERATURE CHECK ON ARRIVAL TO THE CLINIC.
